3 Problems and solutions in binding production

(1) round back

4. Strict production arrangement and operation requirements to ensure quality

(1) put the opponent who has bound the pages into the page distribution station, and hang a quality tracking board to prevent the generation of wrong books. Sample production on each posting platform; For the first few books produced in each shift, the captain of the main engine should comprehensively check the quality of milling back, roughening, gluing and packaging of the books, and send them to the quality inspection team on duty after checking the samples one by one. Full time quality inspectors should conduct a comprehensive pre production inspection on the quality of the book.
